Woodhenge at Hasenberg

"Woodhenge" is the replica of a wooden circle made of 56 wooden posts from the Early Bronze Age, the remains of which were found here during excavation work. This tour had everything you could expect from a May hike on the Elbe: Nightingales, cuckoos, and orioles could be heard, and in the Pevestorfer meadows, the toads were croaking. A perfect day !
