More exhausting than I'd anticipated, probably due to the rocky trail between Erith and Dartford. I took the scenic route through the park, across the 'stripey' bridge before the end section of the Ridgeway, to avoid the muddy trail (the end bit is a bushy dirt trail - at the end is a hilly pasture which is a great MTB …
