Hope Cove Harbour Beach

Hope Cove has two beaches, this one, Harbour Beach, at the South and Mouthwell Beach to the North.

Hope Cove is a former fishing village now turned quiet seaside destination. It is quintessentially English with thatched cottages, sandy beaches, fish and chips and ice cream.

The headland looking back on Hope Cove and across to South Milton Sands. A nice stead walk up with some rockier bits near the top. Make sure you’re wearing suitable footwear if you want to get to the top of the view point.

Bolt Tail

Highlight • Natural Monument

Bolt Tail on the coast path south of Hope Cove is a great place to run. The loop of the whole headland including Bolt Head is great or you can make lots of shorter loops from wherever you start.

Bolberry Down Coastal View

Highlight • Trail

Bolberry Down is an area of common land on the coast. It's a great place to run in either direction, with amazing views and inviting trails.

There is a car park here, a good campsite at Bolberry and a Parkrun each Saturday.
