Sand, a landing stage which is put to water in summer, toilet. If I did get it right, also a dressing room.

A good sized parking lot is right in front of it. Location is also used for boat slipping.

Hut with glas doors, fireplace/grill and benches inside. The usual pier. Beautiful location.
