Highlight • Monument

A hike from Schloss Burg, via the Diederich temple to the dam wall, is very easy to do and there is a lot to see. The hike can be extended by simply doing another lap around the dam itself.

In Witzhelden nothing was happening at first, the harvest festival parade was in full swing. We had to wait until carriage 43 had passed and we could trudge behind the procession.

Easy today because I've had a whole day of work in the garden

From Leichlingen along the Wupper (as the day before yesterday) instead of Ohligs + Lochbachtal.

Nice TIME on the bike.😎

Overall there was a lot going on at the airfield festival in Langenfeld.

But the way back along the Wupper was relaxed and beautiful. I could also hear the sound of the planes flying above me.

An absolute highlight for gravel fans!
The majority of the paths are easily passable shotter paths. But I would recommend only doing the tour if it hasn't rained for 48 hours :-)
