Today I managed to complete 10 km 👍🏃‍♀️‍➡️👍. I tried to stay in zone 2 (pulse under 145), so I had to walk more often (no excuse 😂). The water in the lakes was perfect for swimming, and wasn't even that cold - well, maybe next time 👙🍀
