The highest mountain in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania is the Helpter Berg. The official height is given as 179.5 m above sea level.

My Garmin navigation system thought it was much higher, however! And the smartphone app was also a bit confused when measuring it. Komoot says it is 181 m - so let's be a little generous.
