My Weserbergland tour started in Buchhagen above Bodenwerder at the hiking car park. The Lenne leisure trail ends there on a former railway line. The initially beautiful weather with sunshine changed, however, as the tour progressed. Clouds gathered in the afternoon, which led to a light rain, but not as much as predicted, because heavy rain was to come.
