Schloss Burg is a well-known destination in Solingen Burg. For mountain bikers, however, the surrounding forests are much more exciting. A short stop to enjoy the beautiful view is still worth it.

Another highlight is the cable car from the 1950s, with which we devoutly took the gondola down …

Today I had to take my riding saddle to the saddler in Remscheid and so this wonderful little round was offered afterwards. Today there was tree felling work at the Obergraben near the animal shelter, which made a reroute necessary

The beautiful sunny weather lures ..... Start at the Glüder car park. Lo and behold...the bridge at the animal shelter has been restored to cross the Wupper. We continue to Unterburg and then up to the Sengbachtalsperre.
After a break downhill again to the starting point.

We STARTED today from the Angerscheid hiking car park.

Shortly afterwards we had a nice view of the Sengbachtalsperre, which is used as a drinking water reservoir and was built around 1900 - 1903 and is therefore more beautiful than more modern dams.
