The parking lot at the lower end of Gaishöll was full, so I parked my car in the parking lot at the former senior citizens' residence. As a side note, in case there is no space to be found again.

Lots of squirrels were out and about. The water flowed noisily down into the valley. The forest glowed in the sun. Rocks with and without moss gave the forest color. Beautiful half-timbered houses.

Sasbachwalden – hier Saschwalle genannt – die Wanderung begonnen. Ziel war es das Brigittenschloss, eigentlich (Burg)Ruine Hohenrode zu besuchen. Legte die Wanderung so, dass ich über die Gaishölle hinauf und am Wilden Sasbach wieder herunterkam.
