Hike in the Solling-Vogler region

We park our car in the center of Lauenberg. We soon reached the edge of the forest and went up through a young oak forest. We soon have a wonderful view of Lauenberg and the Weserbergland.

The village of Lauenberg lies in the valley of the Dieße River, which separates the Solling from the Ahlsburg ridge. A lovely destination on a pleasant 🌤 Holy Saturday.

The name of the circular trail, "Wilde Burschen" (Wild Boys), refers not to the inhabitants of this village, but to the impressive, ancient oak trees that can be found in abundance …

We wish you all a great holiday 😃

Hopefully you can also enjoy the great weather.

Today we went to Lauenberg to explore the "Wilde Burschen" hiking trail (fitting for the holiday 😅).

A really varied little walk, highly recommended.

Now we're ending the day on the balcony 🍻🍹

See you on Saturday 😃

Fascinated by the sight of the Löwenburg ruins, I walked the other way around as described and wondered where the La1 had gone! Perhaps it was the wild lads who confused me!! 😉
The view from …
