Schaapsallee climb

Wonderful long and steady climb up from Laag Soeren towards the heart of the Veluwezoom.
Nowhere steep and sometimes even with small parts slightly down. Really a nice wide way to make yourself tired or to misunderstand the length.
The top of the climb is at the end of the segment, turn left at the end of the steep final seesaw, which has already hurt many a pair of legs ;-)

One of the notable climbs, Beekhuizenseweg, starts near the village of Rheden and is highly popular among cyclists for its scenic beauty and the challenge it offers. Despite not being an exceptionally long or high climb, it provides a significant test of endurance and strength.

The climb up Beekhuizenseweg is about 2 kilometers long, with an elevation gain of approximately 90 meters. The average gradient is around 4.5%, but there are steeper sections that can reach up to 12%. Some parts of the climb offer very nice views over the surrounding nature and the valley.

Scenic Burgemeester Bloemersweg path

The Burgemeester Bloemersweg is a beautiful scenic road. It's winding, rolling and diverse. The one half is in the forest. The road is especially winding here and you might even bump into some Highlander cows here. The other half is on the edge of the forest with beautiful views over the heather fields of the Veluwezoom next to you. It's a beautiful road to ride your bike, as cars are not allowed here. There's also multiple places on the edge of the heather field to sit and rest and enjoy the view. A big shame if you're riding your bike here to miss out on this beauty!
