Clutter's Cave

Highlight • Viewpoint

Hermits caves are dotted all over the malverns from the days they used to be used as overnight shelters. Not sure of the facts on this one but I was informed it was people who stayed in them overnight protecting the Worcester and Gloucester borders as they were owned by 2 squabbling land owners.

Beautiful, winding, wide-step staircase to assist you with the ascent/descent from the beautiful Millennium Hill in the Malvern Hills. Enjoy panoramic views all around of this sensational landscape.

Millennium Hill

Highlight • Viewpoint

A slow upward climb to the top of this hill, plenty of routes to choose from and plenty of views to enjoy.

First and last light on Hereford Beacon in the Malvern Hills. It is also known as British Camp as it one of the finest examples of an Iron Age Hillfort in the country. The light snow or frost can really help to pick out the defensive ramparts that protected the fort, and low cloud also adds to the atmosphere.

View of British Camp Reservoir

Highlight • Viewpoint

This is a man-made reservoir that lies at the foot of the Iron Age hillfort known as British Camp, which gives the reservoir its name. It was constructed in the late 19th century to supply water to the surrounding areas, including Malvern, which is well-known for its pure spring water.

The Iron Age hill fort can be found on the top of Herefordshire Beacon in the Malvern Hills. Climbing up to the summit rewards you with splendid views of your surroundings.

This is a wonderful but very accessible spot that is great for photography. Fine view along the northern half of the Malverns to the Worcestershire Beacon.

Beautiful little view towards the South. A good starting point for a hike along the spine of the Malverns.
