April 7, 2025,Aberfoyle gravel (longest ride there yet , awfy lumpy what a workout 💪)
A great wee route but a fair few climbs that hurt the legs 🦵 a bit, could have done without doing the extra wee uphill loop before dropping down to Loch Chon (nearly walking at one point )
Brilliant weather although 1.5 degrees when I started out ,18 degrees at lunchtime when I finished 🌞
A really friendly relaxed event. Totally disoriented (but there are LOADS of way markers) in the forest. Smothered by midges, washed off by the rain, dried by the sun and wind. Perfect scottish cycling
