In the afternoon I wanted to take a look at the flood situation in the Saale-Elsteraue. You could no longer cycle from Beesen over the Schafsbrücke to Planena. The cycle path along the Saale to Planena and on to Röbzig was free and easy to navigate. But the floodplain is completely flooded.
