This is Taverna, a small Italian town in the province of Catanzaro in Calabria. The village is located on the slopes of the mountains that make up the Sila Park.

An artificial lake with an oblong shape that bathes the provinces of Cosenza, Catanzaro and Crotone, Lake Ampollino was the first artificial reservoir to be created in Sila.
