Very nice tour, which still requires a bit of stamina, because from Flums up to ... .1600 hm😉. The last section of the descent from altitude 900 meters to Flums is not recommended, it is very steep, stony, dark, large ledges - arduous. On the other hand, there is a stop at the Sennenstube👌👍 restaurant
