A wonderful tour through a deserted landscape. You see lots of bee-eaters, kingfishers and hen harriers, water turtles and frogs. But the path is tough through bushes and rocks. The destination, the great waterfall, actually a real gorge, is magical. The way back up the mountain to the car park is a real challenge in 30 degree heat.

This hike wasn't easy, but rather moderately difficult. The reason: The path along the river is partially difficult or even impossible to see. The grass husks (in June) tend to get into your socks and shoes. Therefore, I recommend sturdy shoes and long pants.
