A little stop worth it, also to strengthen yourself for the rest of the descent to the valley.

October 17, 2024,Nenzinger Berg - Burtschaalpe
Round trip from Nenzing at 1750 m above sea level and took a few of the Brandner Tsl trails downhill.

A beautiful uphill to Sattelbogen. The scenery is charming and rewarded with a wonderful trail descent to Tschengla.

Wanted to make a reconnaissance trip to Nenzing. When I saw the signpost to "Nenzinger Himmel" I followed it. You are not allowed to drive there, but at least as far as the roadblock. Arrived at the blocking sign, a new sign "Mountain bikers free after fire" and so my tour took its course. High up and great views.

Nice round trip, mainly on gravel. It's worth a detour to the Mondspitz, it's only about 240m. And also a trail in the bike park

Showing Translation

Beautiful but strenuous tour, as it goes uphill unfiltered and at some point the ECO mode is not enough.
But a good 1000HM with 50% battery...
After a lunch break in Frööd in Brandnertal, we headed off to the Burtscher Trail. This was tough in places!

Austrian gourmet... from Nenzing 1150m up to Faregg/Burtschasattel... after perfect catering in Frööd, where Austrian hospitality is lived, on the Burtschtrail down to the Brandner bike park... then over endless paths back to Nenzing... extremely beautiful autumn tour with 18 degrees at 1680m☀️🙏🏻🍀

...first big "test tour", three months after receiving a complete knee replacement, it didn't go too badly.

Showing Translation

From the Furklaalpe to the Ronaalpe it is a single trail. Less experienced riders may have to push their bikes for around 1 km and 150 meters of elevation (negative altitude difference).
