Wilton Bridge

Highlight • Historical Site

Located on Wilton Road just outside Ross-on-Wye, Wilton Bridge, constructed between 1597 and 1599, is crafted from red sandstone.

It replaced a previous wooden bridge that had taken the place of the original ford in the Wye.

St Mary's Priory Church

St Mary's was founded as a Benedictine priory in 1075 but what remains today dates mostly from the 18th and 19th centuries. The church, which is Grade II-listed, has some wonderful stained glass windows from the 1880s.
