We weren't actually able to eat because of a celebration, but the boss served us a trout (which I unfortunately didn't take a photo of), simply excellent.
The dessert (with photo) wasn't on the menu, but was also a dream from the kitchen.
We had a table in the dining room opposite the bar - a really nice atmosphere.
It was a surprisingly nice end to my Doubs tour the evening before.
