After a long break, a short tour to warm up again, starting at 9 o'clock. 15 in Bingen. In great weather along the Rhine. In Kaub on the right side of the Rhine. A small snack and via Niederheimbach back to Bingen.

A good 8 degrees and a cloudy mood, plus wind from the front on the way there. At least it was dry, but the 11 degrees predicted by the weathermen was not reached. Geese on the bike path tried to intimidate cyclists, as a precaution no photo was taken.
Slope stabilization work is still in progress on the steep slope …

Today we wanted to go on a bike tour to Bingen again. We could have also taken the "Bio-Bikes", but then I would have had to unscrew the bike rack first.
Today we parked in the parking lot almost at the edge of town - it is, in addition to some parking bays on the street in town, still free. …

Perfect spring weather with almost 20 degrees Celsius. What more could you want?

I hadn't seen that before and it is certainly due to the relatively low water level and the size of the ship. Otherwise there are already a few …

mostly dry - that was the weather forecast and the wind shouldn't be that strong either. Well, both were correct and so I spontaneously decided to ride one of my favorite routes again. It's always interesting along the Rhine: ships, trains, traffic jams on the other side of the Rhine, and sun and clouds made for varied light.

Sunshine and wind, about 12 degrees. Because of the wind up to 45 km/h in gusts, I once again chose the route in the Rhine Valley. Lots of people were out and about today, Shrove Monday, there was a parade in Oberwesel, everything was parked up along the B9. But with the bike you have no problem.

Driven one of my favorite routes again. Nice weather, over 20 degrees, but windy. You don't notice it too much in the Rhine Valley.
