The Haßloch forest adventure trail invites young and old to get to know the forest and its inhabitants better. If you are looking for around two hours of fun and games for the kids, this is the place for you.

The forest adventure trail is quite easy to pass with a pram or buggy.

This biotope near the new Rehbach section was created with great effort and a lot of money – among other things, for a special water quality that can only arise in a (nature) protected area.
Even if this area looks idyllic, it should NOT be entered (not even by dogs!), so that precisely the flora and fauna for which the biotope was established can develop.
So: It’s best to stick to the existing paths and the new bridges!
More information is explained well here: Press release from the DÜW district administration dated 03.08.2023:

Future Woodland Haßloch

Highlight • Forest

This is a project of the municipality of Haßloch and the forestry association: interested citizens can plant trees here. The "Haßlocher Bollen" (contains 15 - 20 seedlings) can be purchased at the tourist information office in Haßloch for €120 and a certificate is given. All "Bollen holders" are then invited to a joint planting event. So far, sweet chestnuts, pedunculate oaks, Turkey oaks, winter and silver linden trees have been planted. Source (including leaflet):

Trifelsblick Bench

Highlight • Viewpoint

Great view of the Trifels with a small bench to enjoy the sun all day. An ideal place for a short rest in the sun as well as in the shade of the surrounding trees.

There is a lot of voluntary work in this project.

This is a biotope! You should ONLY use the bridges here, but DO NOT walk along the new Rehbach stream (nature conservation)! A LOT of taxpayer money was spent here to create a particularly protected water area with new plantings! (Some of it has already been trampled.)
Anyone who walks along the water here is destroying the very purpose of this renaturation – even if it's tempting to walk along the bank or lie in the sun on the bank...
The ford is also NOT intended for humans...
