To our surprise, it was still quite wintry at Thurner, and the paths were completely covered in snow and ice. ❄️❄️ Absolutely unsuitable for hikers with knee problems. 😟

So, our planned loop over the Fahrenberger Höhe turned into a much shorter route than expected.
