Nice, leisurely walk to stretch your legs after the 4.5 hour drive 😁. And there was also a lot to see and taste 😉. Finally left the tracking on when driving towards Kappl 🙈😅

The weather forecast was completely unreliable. Thick fog, just a white wall all around.

Therefore, a much shortened hike near Waldsassen, but I did revisit some memories.

The Kappl pilgrimage church was still a must-see, though—one of Germany's most unusual church creations, a worthwhile and beautiful destination.

I'll definitely be back if the conditions are better.
