The Hofstattalm is 1350 meters above sea level. The large terrace looks very inviting. The benches are upholstered with sheepskin. Here, of course, there are the South Tyrolean specialties such as Knödeltris (spinach, turnip and cheese dumplings), Schlutzkrapfen (filled pasta) and Kaiserschmarrn.
