My wife was (briefly) in Osterwieck today for work. I had the option to walk randomly through the city center or to do something interesting. I then got out at the Fallstein hiking car park and looked at the animal enclosure first...well, there was no entry fee. We continued to the Bismarck Tower, but this will only be accessible again …
