Sunday tour with grandma (71 years old)

This time we went to the Wurmberg in glorious weather. The paths are well paved, the climb is challenging, but at the summit we were rewarded with currywurst and Kaiserschmarrn. All in all, highly recommended.

The Harzer hiking needle invited to the forest Christmas today. Since I don't like going the same way up and down, I went over the Wurmberg to the toboggan house beforehand.
When we got there, we saw a few familiar faces and a lot of new ones.
Since everything happened outside and it was freezing cold and you didn't move, …

Many paths and options lead to Wurmberg! In our case, we hiked up and took the cable car back down. From the top, you have a magnificent panoramic view in all directions, including the Brocken!
You can even take a short walk around the artificial lake.

So the forest is definitely dead 😭🥺

For …

Beautiful tour of the Wurmberg with a great view of Braunlage and Brocken.

In slightly wintry temperatures we took the cable car up, got a stamp and descended to Braunlage. On the way we had a coffee at the toboggan house but unfortunately no special stamp. Some idiot had cut it off.
