It went better than I planned:)

temperature around 5-10 degrees, I ran in just a wool T-shirt and a thin sports shirt.

Fewer people than usual, and the conditions were great

I follow the plan with Garmin Couch for 5km, I am halfway through the plan (6 out of 12 weeks) and I did a test run.

I accidentally ran faster than I had planned, because I was aiming for 30 min, which is 6:00 min/km.

We parked further from the start to do a warm-up 1.5 km before the run.
