April 6, 2025,Lochwinnoch 50k in the sun 🌞

Such a beautiful day for a ride ☀️. Lochwinnoch and back along the NCR 7, a very chilled ride with baby coos, horses and donkeys along the way, stops for coffee and snacks. A perfect Sunday 👌.
Kudos to Laura and Gianni for their first 50k ride, after running 18k last night too 🤯

Had no idea this waterfall existed until I saw it on @Tomek 's post - thanks!

Just a short detour off the NCR7 at Lochwinnoch, well worth it.

I went out in winter kit like a big numpty, time for a cold shower 🚿

Taking advantage of time off and the stunning weather to get out with the pup and the tent. Should take have researched better as I really want prepared for the climb into Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park.
