The tour is a must for every visitor to the island and can also be easily combined with a day at the beach. The landscape is impressive and unique.
The only thing that spoils the beautiful view are all the illiterate people who can't read the signs running all over the nature reserve, although the paths are clearly marked.

Maspalomas has a fantastic dune landscape, like a miniature Sahara. A very nice little hike that I highly recommend if you ever find yourself in the area. Don't forget to empty your sand shoes along the way ;)
