November 2, 2023,Drover Heide Wanderung aufs Geratewohl ohne festes Ziel.

A spontaneously decided hike through the Drover Heide. According to the weather forecast, it wasn't supposed to be a nice day today, but we wanted to at least get some oxygen and then we just decided to go for a walk. And it was a very, very nice little hike with passages we were unfamiliar with.

The Drover Heide is a nature reserve of around 600 hectares (ha) in the Düren district in North Rhine-Westphalia and is located between the districts of Stockheim in the north, Thum in the southwest and the federal highway 56 in the east, which belong to the municipality of Kreuzau.
