The Krimml Achen Falls are Austria's highest waterfall with a height difference of 385 meters. They are impressive the world over and are fed by glaciers, so the amount of water varies depending on the season. In summer, especially in June and July, the waterfall is at its most powerful, while in winter, especially in February, it has less water.

The Krimml Waterfalls are a great excursion destination, if you go up the hiking trail you have many beautiful viewpoints, a very nice experience. From the waterfall to the Hölzlahnehütte is also very beautiful. We will definitely do it again and it is highly recommended.
