Great tour with lots of trails (S1-S2) - extremely varied. However, there were some parts where there was a no-traffic zone (!) and so I had to push a bit in the forest.

Starting from Gisingen 🏠, I mainly followed the road to Altenstadt and Rankweil.

Along forest roads, paths, and a short stretch of the "Übersaxner Straße" to the "Rainberg" parcel 🌧️⛰️.

Followed the "Rüthiweg" for about 4 km, then continued across the pasture up to the "Alpewies" 🛖🐄.

Soon I reached the "Netschelweg." I then followed this to "Bad Laterns" 🍽️🥘🥤.

On what is probably the last beautiful day in late autumn, I am going on a simple tour around the Laternser Tal.

I park the car near the bridge at the exit of the Frutzbach gorge. Initially, the journey goes back to Rankweil, and then leads on a very beautiful path in the forest on the left bank along the …

Andrea🐶🚵🏻🥾 and I did a bike+hike combination tour together. The main goal was the hike, which was a bike part, along with biking as an additional loop, and above all the arrival and departure to the remote hike part.

Approach from Rankweil on the Netschelweg (13 km long Fosrtstrasse). We left the bikes there and descended into the deep "Uble …

The idea today was simply to bridge the somewhat lengthy Netschelweg by bike.
The real highlight was the evil gorge, which we had completely to ourselves today 😄
It's "bad" down into the very deep, beautiful gorge.
The path is marked blue and white, but super secured 👍🏻
I would like to say a big thank you to those who …

Via the Netschelweg to the Laterns Bädle. Then "around the back," first up and then down to the Gapfohl valley station, from there up to the Falba.
We returned towards the Alpwegkopf, shortly before the turnoff to Dafins, down and homeward bound 😎
