A beautiful and compact loop with many ruins and other interesting sights near Konstanz. Unfortunately, almost all the paths were icy, turning the hike into a slippery affair despite good footwear. A wonderful hike from Kradolf, the great ruins trail. Through forests and small villages, up the stairs to the ruins and back down again. Beautiful valleys with rippling water. I was completely alone and the play of clouds and changing weather were great fun. I visited three ruins, the last one, Ruin Last, being the best preserved. Wonderful tour,,,,,,🥰😀

"In the ruins of the past lie the pearls of tomorrow" well, I didn't find any pearls today, but I did find 3 interesting castle ruins 🤣. Today I hiked the long ruins trail around Kradolf and collected some great impressions. A really beautiful circular trail with lots of forest and often along the stream.
