On Monday my bike was inspected - including an oil change -
Since I haven't driven for months, today was supposed to be a quick check-up.
On to the “standard route” to Unterbacher See.
I discovered a few new ways back. We went along the Rotthäuser Bachtal, which I also know from hiking.

The kick-off tour for this year's City Cycling event had Ratingen as its destination. Cyclists from the Mettmann district met at the town hall. Ride there together with ADFC Langenfeld/Monheim. On the way back, ADFC Haan joined us. A nice tour despite the damp weather!

We actually wanted to cycle to Ratinden today to eat some delicious ice cream. Unfortunately, it was Whit Monday, so we went to Perfetto in the market and what can I say? It was perfect. We were delighted. On the way back we went through the Aaper Forest and Gerreheim to Mr. Knillmann's for an Aperol Spritz. A perfect tour.
