View of the Tides at the Beach

Highlight • Beach

Here, at low tide, the sea retreats over 9 meters onto the gently sloping beach – an impressive natural spectacle of the Breton tides in both directions.

View of Lannion Bay

Highlight • Viewpoint

In the Bay of Lannion, this part of the coast is bordered by a path that navigates through rugged terrain, between rocks and caves. The view over the English Channel is splendid.

A wonderful place for a break. We stayed at Le Petit Michel. There are very friendly people, delicious cider and other drinks, of course, and certainly simple but good food.

A beautiful circular walk from the car park at Kerbiriou beach along the cliffs and then back inland. Tough climbs and then relatively flat on the way back. Always great views of the cliffs.

Showing Translation

The path along the coast is very beautiful. It goes up and down quite a bit (approx. 300 meters in altitude), but it's worth it. The circular tour can be extended to the north. It's advisable not to make the rather boring detour on the way back, but to turn left beforehand and head straight for the village.
