The Bøverbreen is a glacier arm of the Smørstabbreen. In summer, you can hike to the edge of the glacier and admire the ice masses up close. A holiday in Norway is definitely a must, and that was what we did today.
We went up to Bøverbreen via barely recognizable "paths" over hill and dale and through streams and fords, sometimes sitting down and using our hands and feet.
