Very nice circular hike with some sights. Consistently well walkable hiking trails. After the hike, historic Gengenbach invites you to take a city tour. Good places to stop.

The first legendary trail of my life💪😄. The tour was suggested by my dear friend, who was with me today, which I was very happy about. It was worth it, the tour is varied with great views, some narrow paths through the forest and back through vineyards. And finally a round trip around the Christmas market

At my SpaziRuGeba in May I discovered the information boards of the 'Sagenrundweg Bergle' and put it on my todo list. Today I was in Gengenbach again and had to bridge some waiting time. So the Bergle was climbed once ⛰🥾.

Today, due to the weather, I spontaneously decided to join the senior hike 😉 organized by the SWV Elzach-Winden, and I haven't regretted it. A beautiful half-day hike to the Teufelskanzel with manageable ascents and descents. Plus, there are always fantastic views of the entire Kinzig Valley. And Gengenbach is always worth a visit.
