Fort Freinet a fortified medieval village (Castro) which occupies an area of approximately 4000 square meters perched at an altitude of 450 m on a rocky outcrop, perfectly defended, it is surrounded by a wide ditch and natural cliffs. The only known access was via a narrow path, built to the east by steps carved into the rock. Its position makes it a very good observation post.
