Wigglesworth is a charming little village nestled between the Forest of Bowland AONB and the Yorkshire Dales. It is just off the route of the Ribble Way long-distance trail, which follows the course of Wigglesworth Beck for a short time.

The village is a good base for exploring the surrounding countryside, with the Yorkshire Three Peaks of Ingleborough, Pen-y-ghent and Whernside within easy driving distance to the north. The 18th-century Plough Inn provides excellent food and accommodation in the heart of the village.
