Plenty of parking at the start near the Toll bridge, the 1st 4km is a steady climb with a few steep bits (mind the sheep). Last section all down hill with good paths with 2.5km to go you will reach the disused railaway line were you will have great views of the estuary, paths nice & flat with a few …
