I got the tip to walk the meditation trail around Derching from the Catholic Theological Faculty at the University of Augsburg. The reflections can be accessed by scanning a QR code at one of 14 steles. The themes of nature, faith, industry, and community are well presented. It's just a shame that over half of the trail is on asphalt.

The first half was... well... not so nice (motorway, industrial area). But at least sunny.
The way is well signposted. Most of the time you have the noise of the highway in the background.
I can recommend Mittelneufnach to anyone who likes to walk a more natural path of reflection.
