Highlight (Segment) • Trail

Fantastic bridleway and gravel path through stunning fields and farmland. Mixed surfaces but all passable on any bike types as long as the weather hasn't been too bad recently. If in doubt, knobbly tyres are the way to go.

This steep chalk hill within Pegsdon Hills Nature Reserve offers one of the best views in the county. There is free parking south of Barton Road (B655).

Cycled this in dry weather on my gravel bike in summer and really enjoyed every part of it. A little overgrown in a few places. I would imagine in the wet or after heavy rainfall, this to be hard work.
