The Trisselwand rises impressively from Lake Altaussee, a challenge for climbers.
A worthwhile mountain tour with wonderful viewpoints of Dachstein, Sarstein, Loser and the Tote Gebirge, the mountains of the nearby Ennstal and the Schladminger Tauern high above the Trisselwand.
The starting point is the parking lot at Tresselsattel (charges apply). Then follow Alpine path no. 233.
