Today we set out at an early sunrise, heading up to the Bettmerhorn. From there we followed along the Bettmergrat which treated us to some of the most amazing views on the magnificent Aletsch glacier. We were lucky as the Eggishorn ferrata turned out to be accessible, despite some online sources mentioning it was closed for maintenance. It was a …
