The arch bridge was first built in natural stone masonry in 1900 and was rebuilt in reinforced concrete after it was destroyed in 1945. Regardless of its practical use, it is a real eye-catcher.

June 7, 2024,Tag 2 - Von Aschaffenburg nach Wertheimer Stuben Wertheim
Hello, on our section today from Aschaffenburg to Wertheim the Main cycle path was completely passable. The flood areas were all cleaned up perfectly and the weather was A☀️☀️🚴🤓

A surprise awaited me in Aschaffenburg: the Hamburger Fischmarkt with a very good Tina Turner double.

Today is the 2nd part of the three-generation cycle tour on the Main. Great weather again and thousands of people (and hundreds of Nile geese and wild geese) on the road. The cycle path itself was great again and also very varied 🤩.
