Highlight • Structure

The Silbersteig leads from Eibenstein to the Kollmitz ruins. As a circular hike of around 13km, this can be completed in just over 3.5 hours. A great route not only in terms of landscape but also historically.

Magnificent view high above a Thayaschlinge (Hadlitzbergschlinge)!

Depending on your head for heights, the views are more or less spectacular. The small side detour to the Uhufelsen on the way between the mausoleum and the castle is definitely worth it.

The Kollmitz ruins are beautiful, you can see them for free and there is also a bar in the summer. On the way home …
