Beautiful route with incredible views across the downs with Brighton, Shoreham, Lancing, Worthing and even the Isle of Wight visible. Very hilly with some fairly steep ascents and descents. In Winter it gets extremely muddy - definitey requires walking boots. Not pram friendly, baby carriers only and I wouldn't recommend this route after recent rain as the mud can be …
