Former bridge keeper's houses

Until 1969, the former Barendrecht Bridge over the Oude Maas River connected the island of IJsselmonde with the Hoeksche Waard. The old access road with two toll/bridge keeper's houses is still present. The houses were built in 1888 and are designated municipal monuments.
